My stay in the Superior Double Room was enjoyable, with friendly staff who helped make my visit memorable. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a nice retreat after my busy days. I particularly appreciated the warm welcome from the receptionist and the attentiveness of the housekeeping staff. However, I did find it a bit inconvenient that hot water was unavailable in the morning during my shower.

We had a great time at the hotel. The first room was upgraded to a higher floor but wasn’t clean so they switched us immediately to another room, and the view was just stunning! It was spacious and bright, a true gem for our brief stop. The breakfast selection was massive, and I can’t get over how good the croissants were, they were just the best I’ve ever had!

The room was comfortable, but the couch meant for my kids didn’t convert well into a bed, and we had to ask for a single bed instead. For a great stay, I’d recommend choosing a room with a pool view! 😊

However, the bed size was disappointing, and fresh juice was repeatedly denied at breakfast. The location was fantastic with quick access to the airport. The view from my room was stunning. Staff were friendly and always willing to help. My stay was comfortable for two nights in a spacious Executive Suite. I would definitely recommend it! 😊

Everything was exemplary.

We had a fantastic time enjoying the pool area on the 7th floor with my kids. The staff, like Mr Ahmed at Deck 7, were always helpful and really made our stay special. The views were stunning, especially from our Two-Bedroom Suite.

In my wife’s opinion, more family-friendly dining options would be great.
